PR Senior Account Manager

Reporting to: Account Director

Location: Chepstow – 30 mins from Bristol, 40 mins from Cardiff (although home/flexible working is supported where required)

Salary: Up to £38K, dependent on experience

Ideal experience: Minimum of 3 years in an agency or in-house PR/Comms role. Experience of working with technology brands is beneficial.

Purpose: The Senior Account Manager’s principal role is to drive accounts by proactively managing the tactical implementation of content-led campaigns to meet client needs and achieve effective productivity. The Senior Account Manager is an integral part of ensuring we achieve great results for our clients, having a good understanding of earned, owned, borrowed and paid channels and the skills required to achieve campaign success. The position will also require the skills needed to work alongside the account leads to develop PR and content strategy for clients.

About You:

As a senior account manager at Cohesive you will:

  • Work with the account leads to develop strategic client and campaign plans, and oversee their delivery.
  • Manage PR and content projects and programmes 
  • Identify and secure opportunities for earned, owned and paid coverage of clients’ news, opinions and customer testimonials. 
  • Plan, produce and commission creative and informative content for various channels, in whatever format best suits our target audience.
  • Liaise with clients in meetings, calls, influencer briefings etc…
  • Manage team resource and budgets in order to achieve results in the most cost-effective fashion.
